Considering selling?

What could your home be worth?

There is no instant estimate here, because a number generated without seeing your property is a guess.

Value depends on location, condition, the property's own characteristics, comparable recent sales and current market conditions. Rashmi reviews all of it and explains the reasoning behind the range she gives you.

How it works

Three steps, no pressure

  1. Step 1

    Tell Us What You Need

Share your timeline, your goals and the questions you have. Buying, selling, still deciding, all of it is a fine place to start.

  2. Step 2

Build a Clear Real Estate Plan

Rashmi lays out your options, the sequence of steps and what each one requires from you, so nothing is a surprise later.

  3. Step 3

Take the Next Step With Confidence

Search, tour, list or wait. You move when the plan and the market make sense for your situation.

Answers

Common questions from buyers

How do I start buying a home?

Start with a conversation about your goals, preferred areas, budget range and timeline. From there the usual first step is speaking with a lender about pre-approval so your search focuses on homes you can actually write an offer on.

Do I need mortgage pre-approval?

If you are financing, a pre-approval letter is generally expected with an offer in this market. It also tells you what your monthly payment looks like before you tour homes. Rashmi can share lender options and you are free to use your own.

Can Rashmi Nigam help first-time buyers?

Yes. First-time buyers are a core part of the practice, and the process is explained at each step rather than assumed. See the first-time homebuyer page for a full walkthrough.

How do property showings work?

You share the homes you want to see, Rashmi confirms availability and schedules access, and you tour them together in person or by video if you are out of state. Notes and follow-up questions are handled after each tour.

What happens after an offer is accepted?

You move into the option and financing period: inspections, any repair negotiation, appraisal, lender underwriting, title work and then closing. Rashmi tracks the dates so nothing is missed.
